How do I generate a proposal?
Open the New Bid tab, choose a template, enter your client's name and a short brief, then tap Generate Proposal. BidReel writes a complete proposal — overview, scope, timeline, three pricing tiers, and a closing section — in under a minute.
How does the pricing in proposals work?
Every proposal includes three tiers — Essential, Professional, and Premium — built from a real production rate card. If you enter a budget, BidReel anchors the recommended Professional tier near it. You can always adjust the numbers before sending.
Is my client information private?
Yes. Your proposals and client details are tied to your account and protected by row-level security, so no other user can see them. The brief you enter is sent to our AI provider only to generate your proposal, and is not used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
How do I export or share a proposal?
Open any proposal and use Copy to paste it as text, Export PDF to create a clean branded document, or Save to Drive to send that PDF straight to Google Drive, email, or anywhere else through the share sheet.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's account settings — on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android: Play Store → Subscriptions. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Email support@bidreel.io from the address on your account and we'll remove your account and associated data from our active systems.
Which devices does BidReel support?
BidReel runs on iPhone (iOS) and Android phones. A tablet-optimized layout is on the roadmap.
